Savage X Fenty Accused of Imposing 'Junk Fees'

A lawsuit has been filed against Savage X Fenty alleging that the lingerie brand charges consumers ‘junk fees’ and allows membership credits to expire after 12 months. According to the complaint, these practices violate consumer protection laws.

The lawsuit claims that Savage X Fenty, along with associated companies, engaged in deceptive ‘drip pricing’ and imposed hidden fees on customers. These fees were allegedly introduced to offset tariffs imposed by the Trump administration in 2025, and the company continued to charge them even after the tariffs were deemed unauthorized.

Plaintiffs argue that consumers were harmed by these practices as they were charged improper fees and lost value from expired membership credits. They assert that the company failed to refund the fees collected during the tariff period, resulting in financial loss for customers.

The complaint seeks to represent all affected Savage X Fenty customers and requests various forms of relief, including declaratory and injunctive relief, as well as actual, compensatory, consequential, nominal, treble, punitive, and statutory damages.
