Investigations Indicate that Irish Spring Body Wash May Contain a Harmful Chemical Linked to Severe Skin Irritation.

Colgate-Palmolive is being accused of using Sodium C12-13 Pareth Sulfate, a dangerous surfactant, in its Irish Spring brand body washes. This chemical toxin can penetrate the skin, strip it of its own protective barriers, and disrupt its natural oil and moisture balance. This may have resulted in long-term skin dryness and irritation for users of the product.

We are seeking a settlement of up to $1,200 for claimants in the United States who purchased Irish Spring body wash between Nov. 19, 2018, and July 25, 2023, for personal, family or household use, and not for resale.

No proof of purchase is required; however, class member payments may be higher for those who are able to submit proof upon finalization of a settlement. Payments may be increased or decreased on a pro rata basis.
