Delta Air Lines unlawfully disclosed the information of its customers with Facebook, a new class action lawsuit claims, according to comprehensive research.

It is alleged in recent class action lawsuits that Delta Air Lines broke its contract with consumers by installing a tracking pixel on its website that discloses the personal information of its customers with Facebook parent company Meta Platforms.

The personal information shared by Delta with Facebook may include departure dates and airports, arrival dates and airports, travel classes and number of travelers, loyalty statuses and language and currency used by customers.
